Everyone of their forwards ran for over 100 metres and Tatola off the bench ran 200 metres whereas our leading forward was Fermor with only 80 metres and the rest around 50/60 metres.

That is where it was won and lost with our inability to move off the line with any speed. It was like watching a demolition derby

Generally our outside backs are great getting early meters but south’s absolutely smashed us this game. South’s came ready to play and we didn’t have much of an answer. It is what it is and not something I’m that I’m that worried about.
You are all right about brimson loosing some speed. Hopefully a break and the preseason can get him back to his old form. It must be hard for Holbrook who said that aj is his favourite player and also not being sure if his speed will return or not. If he did move brimson he would be judged negatively by most when it’s not that clear that brimson has lost much speed.
