How times have changed since we defeated cows 44-8 round 3 last year. A 36 point margin whilst our highest margin win to date this year was in golden point. I still hold faith in this club due to guys like Tino, AJ, JC, Sami, Fermor with the spirit & energy these guys exhibit week in, week out. That first half last week actually showed more intent than usual, but obviously some of our guys are taking shortcuts. I'm honestly fine with dropping anyone I didn't name. bar maybe Jwal, sexy & mo who deserve a spot on recent performances. Cohesion is important (sexton going off did hurt us). David Fifita off the bench was honestly the most impactful bench player for us by far this year despite him fading in and out the game. Cowboys genuinely have a luxury with guys like Luki & Neame off the bench compared to us, they have got potential and are showing more pride.

There is a very real possibility that we will be bottom of the ladder next week and the good thing about that is the only way is up.

Hope the more cowboys get selected for origin than Titans. Might have a cha........ nah couldn't finish that sentence
Oh yea.... So Origin is in a week and a half.
What a stupid place to put a Queensland derby on the draw.

Hey mdrew...... I'm interested in your thoughts.
What team would you like named for the Cowboy game with the players we have available ??

Hope Billy takes Scott Drinkwater his pace would be too quick for our players
Took everybody else but. I wonder if our coach will copy Slater and see what even Jose Feliciano can see and that’s Tino is a prop plus Fifita should be primed to prove his true value. In fact I think he’s playing pretty well just not what the voracious media expects.

Taulagi, Hammer and Dearden are in the extended squad and won’t play, so they will be released for club duties. That means Cotter, Holmes and Nanai out for them with Tino out for us. Hammer has been playing off the bench with Drinkwater taking his fullback spot, so he will slot straight in for Holmes. Their spine is untouched and Taumalolo is due back this week. We’re stuffed.

Friday night's contest against the Broncos wasn't only tough on the scoreboard but also on the injury front, with a number of players entering the club's Casualty Ward after Round 12.
In his comeback match, David Fifita suffered a low velocity aggravation of his recent MCL sprain right knee and will unfortunately undergo another stint in rehab. The powerhouse second rower is expected to miss the next two to three weeks recovering, prior to returning to play.
Meanwhile, Esan Marsters has been sent for an MRI after suffering a left ankle low grade AITFL sprain. It is currently stiff but is settling well and will participate in rehab-dominant sessions throughout the lead in to the club's Round 13 clash against the Cowboys on Thursday night.
Three other Titans suffered minor injuries in the Macca's Local Derby but are expecting to be available for selection this week.
Beau Fermor finished the match with a right ab oblique strain, whilst Jamayne Isaako suffered a right shoulder hyper-abduction, but showed good strength post game and has been diagnosed with a low grade capsule / ligament strain.
There's further good news for Gold Coast playmaker Toby Sexton who left the field nearing half-time with a shoulder complaint. The young half was able to return to the field late in the game and was found to have only suffered left cervical spine stiffness with no further neurological symptoms.
He is expected to avoid contact training until later this week but will be right to play come Thursday.
Didn't Holbrook say during the week that Fifita's MCL injury was "zero risk" of reactivation?
