Default QLD: State of Origin Honour Role

Queensland Honour Roll - All Maroons Since 1980

HOW much does their place in Origin history mean to this year's XXXX Maroons? How about you ask big Charlie Webb, or even easier, look at what the big fella has tattooed across his neck.

Starting from Arthur Beetson, right through to Neville Costigan at 162, all Queensland's State of Origin players since 1980 have been given a number that remains specific to them.

It's a symbol many hold dear to their hearts, embodying all the hard work and sacrifice taken to reach the pinnacle of the sport and realise their childhood dreams.

The ultimate QLD fan could rattle off each and every player and their number after a case of XXXX.

Does anybody know what happen to Brett French, about six years ago he worked as a bar manager at Nobbys Surf Club. Nice bloke we used to call him Lurch (not to his face) heard he move to NT to run a pub but since being in Brisvegas for five years lost contact.

Going to get rid of Tonie Carroll while you're at it?

    Jason
Go the Steelers, Dragons, Titans, West Coast Eagles, Swannies, Sydney FC, Man United, Wollongong Hawks, Blues (league and cricket) , Waratahs, Sydney Flames, Sydney Swifts, HRT, MacLaren, and whoever's playing the All Blacks or England!

Nah, At least Carroll has always pledged alligence to Australia & Queensland.

Now I now he played for NZ in the world cup 2000, but the rules were relaxed for that farce. Campion & Ricketson played for Ireland and Aboriginals were playing for England. Also World Cup 2000 matches do not count as tests in the record books.
