The "new improved" Izzy breaks Paul's heart and advises Elle on wooing Ned. Stu is rendered powerless to help Stingray, and Kim tries to connect with his son, while Lyn fears she's letting Oscar down. Ned chases his dreams.

David's body is recovered and Harold lashes out violently, while Karl tempts Izzy with the possibility of reconciliation. Elle defends Izzy to her father and acts on her feelings for Ned, whose secret is revealed. He wants to be an actor.
