I don't personally mind, so long as we don't follow the old team's pattern of picking up good, sometimes even great players from other teams and who then proceed to play like nevilles (Wally Lewis, Dale Shearer, Brent Todd, Ron Gibbs, Brett French, Chris Close, Billy Johnstone, Peter Gill, and Graham Mackay come to mind), or else produce good young players who only start to show their true talent after moving elsewhere (Jamie Goddard, Ben Ikin, Kevin campion, Jason Hetherington, Wayne Bartrim, Adrian Vowles, Preston Campbell, Marcus Bai). At least we got Preston back!
