If the Titans could pick them both up on a "two for one" bargain price then yes,both are experienced in the NRL and could be helpful to the coast juniors,plus having his brothers with him could keep Chris on the straight and narrow

Yes,but as a relatively new team having experienced players to help guide the youngsters would help,its fine having developing players in your team but you need a mix of both!
