No what i meant was, you should try playing all the fast, speedy guys in the forwards as well as the backs, cause all you need in this game is speed. Just pass, side step, pass, run. :!:

I keep all the big boys on the bench and rest of the squad. Also, do you interchange players?

I do sometimes but generally I dont since i do 15 minute games.
I try getting my good players to play Origin but in Franchise the rep teams suck lol.

yeah they do dont they. Its funny the first time i played franchise, i was using Broncos, and i was unbeaten on top as O1, came along. Brent Tate was leading the trys with 15 and the next best was on 7. Tate was not picked for QLD, but players that hardly played made it.

I also remember when i was using the Roosters the first year i played with them, Crocker and Ricketson made the Origin sides, and i they were not even on my bench, and i had not played them yet.

Cool, I hate how the fullbacks rarely score.
I put Bowen at 5/8 just to get him points. I put David Myles or Brenton Bowen at fullback.

You should put Bowen at hooker, its better to have your quickest guys there i reckon.


Have you tried 80 minute games? The players tire so easily, i tried it for my 3rd GF with the Roosters, and by half time Amos was just moving lol

Yeh but Aaron Payne is really quick at hooker, I score lots with him.

ok, havent seen him in the game yet lol. When i used NQ, Bowen was hooker and i scored all the points with him

I use Bowen at 5/8 for kicking, ballrunning and fieldgoals.

I hate when you set everything up for a field goal, and you pass it out of the play the ball, and then you press the kick button, but your realise that a prop, etc has the ball and stuffs the kick.

Yeah press the r1 and l1 at same time to get to playmaker.
Sometimes i do that and it goes to a forward.

whenever i press r1 + l1, it goes to someone else. That doesnt work for me :!:

true, but the thing is any player can kick a field goal in the game :lol!:

I hate how some passes go straight to ground, and your running at the ball, but it wont let ya pick it up and the computer just walks in and picks the ball up

Yeah I hate that. I try diving on the ball and it doesnt.

also, when you pass it to your winger, and it either makes you run into touch, or the pass bounces straight pass the winger and out

Lol yeah thats one thing that really annoys me.
That and when you punt kick for 40-20 the ball just rolls .
