Besides, I don't think a reporter would really care if he was called a prick or something, either way he gets his high salary and his name known throughout Australia as the 'bad-boy' reporter. And like I said before, they love controversy, so wasting your time by paying him out really isn't worth it.

I honestly could not believe this article when i read it.
How can they print such a biased piece of writing????

It is as if this bloke (the author) and Matt Rodgers used to go to school together
and Rodgers teased him when they were 7yrs old!!?!?!
And this guy was embarrased & has never forgotten and wont rest untill
he has dragged Rodgers name through the mud!!!

Yeah I heard whispers that Greg Pierce was gonna run the idea by Ricky Stuart in lieu of Darren Albert's departure. I'm not too worried though, Mat won't be returning to Cronulla, thats a step backwards for him, and for the Cronulla club I think. There is nothing there for him anymore, and no long term prospects for the club as he's contracted to the Titans for '08. He'd be better off kicking off with the Titans early, and the Sharks would be better off continuing to blood Mitch Brown.
