Having some trouble finding a avatar small enough to download.

The one I always use is to large.

The image I want is 281x353 pixels - 39k

Is there any way to scale in down?

If you post the image i can re-size it for you. Only thing tho is...with avatars, if you make them smaller they lose alot of quality. but we can see how we go.
