haha, under blending options. Also I think you have to download the pattern somewhere of search.deviantart.com just do a search for patterns and I think you'll find a set with diagonal lines in it. Then load them the same way you load your brushes but under Blending Options> Pattern Overlay... Then select the pattern and play with the opacity and stuff and you'll have diagonal scanlines.

Ok, i've tried to put a shine over the sig, but failed pretty dodgily...
If anyone can tell me how to get the quality of the sig up once its a gif, i'd ask you to speak out because the bad quality defeats the purpose of the effects i used in the sig
If you can help me there.. please do! haha
