Question Could we buy our own name plates and numbers from the Titans suppliers?

    Hey DeeGan,

Could we buy our own name plates and numbers from the Titans suppliers to sew onto our supporters gear (such as footy guernseys and polo shirts, shorts, caps, etc) to make us readily identifiable to each other at the games?

Some might prefer the anonymity but I personally would proudly display my nameplate (*SaLaw*) and my number (16), which incidentally represents my position in the queue when the Titans opened their Online Supporters Club website.

What do others think of this idea?

I believe it'll help build camaraderie and community spirit between the original Titans supporters and all who join us. :hi:

I know from experience when I've met up with fellow Cowboys forum members in Sydney, Brisbane or Townsville that the name plates/tags would be a great idea. Someone tells you their real name and you wouldn't have a clue who they are but if you had their forum name somewhere prominent it would be alot easier to catch up with people.

Something to work on, if it hasn't already been done, is a defined meeting area for the forum members at the stadium. They Cowboys supporters group have a dedicated supporters group area near the main stand at DFS so everyone knows where to meet up if they want to track someone down.

We're a couple of like-minded yokels as you'll see by my reply to your Jonah post.

I also love the Cowboys by the way. I actually spent my first 20 years in Mt Isa which was a long time ago now but the Cowboys represent my spiritual home along with all of the North and North West.

I agree with your idea on a common rallying area for all of us Titans forumees.

Hope the brainstrust can facilitate this idea for us as it is another camaraderie and community building brainwave.

I can't answer that one only to say I have not heard anything.

You can contact Chris Knell at chris.knell@titans.com.au for clarification.

    Cheers,

Rebel Sports have a service in my area that for 25 dollars they will personalize any Jersey you have with name and number, try your local Rebels Sports to see if they have the same service.cya.

P.S I am gonna do that to my Titans Jersey when i get one, but i'll resort to my old name of Clifford87.
