gee he is huge put he looks great
Haha, I sent a link to the picture to a few friends.
First reaction was, "that's not a mascot, that's a transformer!"
Another reaction, "captain feathersword would look so much cooler "
looks alright i guess, would be difficult to represent an ancient god in a mascot!
Oh i thought we were talking a bout Wesley Snipe's alter ego.cya. :ok:
I have just read todays Gold Coast Bulletin and the story on BLADE. Apparantly Blade will not be the only Titans mascot. The Titans will be unveiling a much fitter and sportier looking mascot to coincide with the 2007 season kick off. Not bad hey! i think we will be the only team in the NRL with 2 mascots.
LMAO!!! I dont like the new one..he needs to tone down a touch! That poor devil in there is gonna sweat blood on warm days!Originally Posted by Steve Dangerous

Yes, I don't think Blade will be quite as athletic as Captain Charger.Originally Posted by dean
He's huge - I think my 3 year old daughter would struggle to find him friendly.

I know the Tigers have both their mascots at games, Souths have both bunnies, the one which looks like a rabbit and the one that looks like a grasshopper.
And I know at some Bulldogs games we have Brutus and AJ... I so prefer AJ but yeah so its pretty common and sounds good to hear and look forward to seeing the other one..
If i were a baby id ball my eyes out when i saw him coming to me, he looks like a big giant evil villan from a cartoon. And with those fists, it would be impossible to give autographs, and thats what mascots should be doing, little kids get massive thrills from getting autographs from mascots. I think its a poor choice of mascots, a smaller more friendly looking mascot would be a far better option...unless is came down it a fight between opposition mascots. :box: :satan:
GO THE MAROONS!
He looks like the car from the Citroen ads :rotflmao:
Just voted Yes after seeing the pics of Blade. I think he is an awesome mascot and it's going to be awesome to see him at the games.
I can't wait for my membership.
Not sure how it will move around the pitch unescorted. :!:
They better have a big bloke inside to make it look agile.
Doesn't look good when the team's mascot runs out in front of the team and fallS A over T and everybody has to run around him.
In some things size can be an hindrance.
Thats why management are in discussions with Jonah Lomu!!!! :roll:Originally Posted by bigjim

I'm not too fussed either way with Blade at the moment. I'll be interested to see the second mascot.
I voted yes, cause I think he looks awesome but I'll wait and see if he trips over his own feet, he certainly looks like that would be a problem. I'll nearly pay money just to see Blade do a backflip or cartwheel.
