Titans: Do you like the mascot?

I honestly think he looks a bit awkward and clumsy. The Broncos mascot could easily bring him down, and he's a little Shetland pony. :lol!:

We need to find some huge 200+cm muscle building giant who can act the part and project some real character, rather than some hollow plastic Disney costume.

Kids aren't stupid, they know its some guy in a costume, but give them some huge 300lb WWF wrestler type with attitude and the kids will really go for him, and all the other mascots will think twice before mixing it. :fence:

That idea may not be as silly as it sounds, I reckon itd have some camp value.

I have to admit Im less than impressed with this mascot range pushed on us by the NRL. It was a massive misfire. But I think our mascot looks alright. But he needs a sword and maybe a colourful cape.

I think its weird if ya ask me..I saw it on the news and i was like wow! thats one of the weirdest mascots ive ever seen! But since im a huge fan of the titans i'll deal with it and one day I might say...It looks mad!

Don't mind it and I'm sure it will grow on me. Name is a bit ordinary and I hope I'm not in the front 3 or 4 rows when he's standing in front of me - he'll black out the game.

At the V8 supercars, on the grid the Orrcon team had a big muscly man running up and down the grid with 2 orrcon flags. It was hilarious. He took on the Armour All guy and tackled him to the ground then posed for photos above him and he also carried the super Cheap Auto team's Hog across and put him the other side of the pit wall. The crowd loved it. And so did I. So it could work... and be entertaining for him to put the other mascots in their place... Lol

Also looking forward to some Titans mascot merch....should be something different.

I haven't seen the cartoon version of our buddy Blade....so I hope we are in for some quality items.

The NRL have just released the NRL MASCOT FIGURINES. I have seen most teams mascots but I haven't seen Blade yet. They stand about 27 - 30cm tall and look great.

Also there is a range of plush mascot dolls out now. Once again I have seen most teams but not Blade.

Let me know if you see Blade around. I can't wait to get my hands on it.

The Blade mascot plush doll is now available. I have seen it. Even had to sign one for a fan at the Titans shop.

The shop is out of stock at the moment but they will be restocked soon.
