The Broncos meet the English Super League giants on February 23 at Bolton's Reebok Stadium, the scene of their heart-breaking WCC 20-18 loss to the Saints almost six years ago.

Steven Michaels and front rower Dane Carlaw have earned themselves spots in this game.

Michaels beat out Tame Tupou for the spot after scoring four tries in two trial appearances for the Broncos this year, while Carlaw has been given the chance to cement the Broncos? number eight jersey vacated by the retirement of Shane Webcke.

Test forward Sam Thaiday will come off the bench.

Here's hoping the Broncos players can get back to training in time to get out and get the WCC for Australia... we aka. Aussies, can't lose the match at home, and it would be best if the Broncos had a full squad to ensure that doesn't occur.

I reckon the WCC is a pretty special match, here's hoping it doesn't turn into a farce over a decision like this one, and that both parties can sort something out.

If the Poms really think they are World champions becuase they win this game they have alot more to worry about.

From memory the Superleague WCC Final was between 2 Australian clubs.. Hunter may have even been 1 of them????
