Ive been to a couple of Dogs away games and the crowd are telling the ref what to do!! Sometimes they do and sometimes they go on their own judgment.

Penalty Goal : Is when the opposing team does some illegal (eg. High Tackle(above shoulders) , Spear Tackle (dangerous tackle where you kind of spin them)) Players get a choice to either kick for touch , tap the ball or go for penalty shot .

Try : When player goes over the tryline and scores ( A try is 4 points and Conversion is 2 points)

Conversion : A conversion is a kick after the goal to get a bonus 2 points
