Electricity comes from other planets.
actually i saw the cowboys finals squad in the 2005 season
i would use
matt bowen
brenton bowen
ty williams
paul bowman
neil sweeney
justin smith ( to start the game at 5/8)
johnathan thurston
shane tronc
aaron payne
carl webb
steve southern
matthew scott
luke odonnell
david faiumu
rod jensen
jacob lillyman
jason smith . ( i think like they did with firman in 2005 they start justin smith at 5/8 with jason on the bench, the cowboys doing this proved valuable )
I wouldn't do that because Brett Firman and Jason Smith are two incredibly different players if you get me, sure it's a good idea, but I think we'll want Smithy out there as much as we possibly can
GO COWBOYS, TITANS, BUNNIES AND MAROONS!
surely matthew scott in the front row over carl webb! webby's a legendary player...at 2nd row...not front row...Originally Posted by Paddy

Definately agreed, but in saying that it was a good tactic for last season as Brett Firman wasn't the best defender as we all would know. Now during the first 10-20 minutes of a game the pace is at the peek. Firmo coulden't defend too well and we saw that was a weakness during the opening stages of the game. Smith is a strong bloke and without saying can play lock forward if he wants to and that requires top tackling skills. Smith to me is definately a starter for us along with Justin Smith up in the second row beside Carl Webb. My cowboys team would look like this:
Cowboys:
1. Matt BOWEN
2. Ty WILLIAMS
3. Mark HENRY
4. Paul BOWMAN
5. Ashley GRAHAM
6. Jason SMITH
7. Johnathan THURSTON
8. Matthew SCOTT
9. Aaron PAYNE
10. Ray CASHMERE
11. Carl WEBB
12. Justin SMITH
13. Luke O'DONNELL
14. Rod JENSEN
15. Jackson NICOLAU
16. Steve SOUTHERN
17. Shane TRONC
Also to be considered would be Jacob Lillyman over Steve Southern for me and Faiumu over either Jensen or Nicolau, depending on how they are all playing.
GO COWBOYS, TITANS, BUNNIES AND MAROONS!
Sharks 2007 a little something like this:
1. David Simmons
2. Darren Albert
3. Josh Hannay/Paul Stevens
4. Ben Pomeroy
5. Luke Covell
6. Brett Kearney
7. Brett Kimmorley
8. Ben Ross
9. Kevin Kingston
10. Luke Douglas
11. Luke Bird
12. Lance Thomson
13. Paul Gallen
Not too sure about the bench but it would include Issac De Gois running in at hooker for Kingston and Craig Stapleton in the front row. Would love for Ricky to find the magic cure that'd have Kimmorley and Dykes play good together, and if that happens then Dykes would certainly be in the halves with Kearney and De Gois to fight it out for a utility bench spot.

5. David Howell
6. Todd Carney
7. Michael Dobson
8. Scott Logan
9. Lincoln Withers

I'm resigned to the fact that Dunneman will be in the side, hopefully he will be a good acquisitions, but I really don't want to see him used in the halves, we got better long term prospects there...
Glen Turner is also regarded highly by Henry, so I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a starting spot.
