Season ending injuries hit Dragons & dogs
rleague.com
The premiership aspirations of the Bulldogs and Dragons have each received a further setback after Round 25 action with Brad Morrin and Dean Young ruled out for the season through injury.
Young was injured in the Dragon's win over Cronulla on Saturday night, he was carried off with fears of a broken leg. He was cleared of a break, but had a serious tear to the medial ligament in his knee and a further strain in the posterior cruciate.
Meanwhile the Bulldogs suffered their third season ending injury in two weeks with forward Brad Morrin ruled out after suffering a dislocated knee cap. Morrin had come into the side to replace Roy Asotasi who suffered a season ending knee injury a week early.
While Morrin, not being a key member of the Bulldogs pack. it will seriously hamper their chances and further weaken their bench due to the lack of depth in the club's premier league side that has already been tested losing Asotasi.

They both have pretty good depth to cover them though

Dean is a massive blow, but Gorrell will step up to the plate.

Anyone ruling these two teams out of the premiership race does so at their own peril, anyone in the top eight can still win it, as long as it is Manly, cya.
