RD 23: Knights vs Sea Eagles

WORSE still, it sets a bad example for juniors playing our games, I wouldn't be surprised if in the future we hear of some under 9's game where a kid swore at the ref.

Unfortunately that happened at the Under 9's game my brother played in today. We were up against arch rivals Kawana Dolphins (these games, no matter what are level, be it under 7's or first grade, ALWAYS get heated) and we were playing away. The home side got a call against them that could have won them the game, and what do you know, the kids swore at the ref. The ref told one of the players to go to the sideline, and guess what the kid said... "But Andrew Johns is allowed to do it!"

This is a true story, and it blatantly shows the affect his actions have on the young players of today.

IT doesnt help either that hagan or the knights havent taken action agianst him seriously though ive heard quite a few story about johns outside of football and i dont think his actions on the the field are hacing an affect on kids If joey can do it why cant they? and that would be a reason why kids do it
