I am 40, you see on my mothers side of the family, both women and men start out as skinny as rakes but once thet get to my age they pile on the weight and by the time they reach 50 they start having heart attacks, strokes, cardio vascular disease. I have spoken to a consultant and re-apprased my Body Mass Index and i can go as low as 57 kilos, that is with 7 per cent boby fat, currently i have 20 percent body fat, to maintain a healthy level i have to get down to 63 kilos around 10 per cent body fat, but my next target is 66 kilos, but it is not the actual weight itself is is the body shape, i want to look good in a pair of budgie smugglers.

At the moment i am covering an average 150 kilometres a week on the pushy.cya.

I had the pizza an Ealge Boys Aussie Bacon and Egg Pizza, as i was on the pushy there and back i couldn't carry the garlic bread, and glad of the as i barely finished of the pizza, but jeez it was fantastic, now for 66 kilos and fish and chip night, yippee.cya. :win:
