The Australian Rugby League deliberately held back advertising the match in Melbourne until after the Commonwealth Games and Grand Prix, but early ticket sales have been encouraging.
About 25,000 tickets are believed to have been sold.

25000 sold already??? Well done Melbourne. Maybe the overnight imports aren't going to have much of an opportunity to see the game due to the locals response??? Wonders will never cease.
