Titans: Chev Walker misses his chance

It is reported by Steve Mascord (Daily Telegraph) that we have pulled our offer off the table for Leeds star Chev Walker. Michael Searle is quoted as saying we tabled the offer in November and took it back in February as we were not going to be waiting around any longer.

Titans pull out

GOLD Coast have withdrawn an offer to great Britain winger Chev Walker.
"We made the offerin November and withdrew it in February," said Titans managing director Michael Searle.
"We didn't want to sit around waiting."
The Titans are still sweating on England fullback Richie Mathers, who they hope to sign shortly.

I never knew they where after him, Well they look certain to sign Mathers.
