You would be surprised. There are 8 players from melbourne in the U/16's australia team thats travelling around playing NZ/england etc. They are starting to get leagues going down there and there have been atleast 5 good young players signed by NRL clubs...none of which are the storm.

Bulldog titan the dogs havent stolenany victorian juniors...they signed players from the bears the storm's NSW feeder club. Storm offered 2 of them contracts and the knocked it back to go to the doggies.

Yeah, I know that.. but still they are your feeder club... don't you want them to go to your club... I'm sure if it was our feeder club.. I'd be annoyed if they went elsewhere...

Yeah I know... we just have made life one heck tougher for the Storm.. no juniors cause the GC is looking afta QLD.. and now we are poaching from North Sydney... ah life is tough when you live in Melbourne...

not really we havent used any players from the bears anyway. plus the norths devils are also our feeder and have given us players like slater, cam smith, hoffman, jeremy smith, cooper cronk...so its not bad at all.

Feeder clubs don't mean much now anyway. The Broncos grab players from all over the QLD Cup, even though their feeder club is Toowoomba. Bulldogs get from Norths, who id=s feeder to Melb. Clubs and players don't acknowledge 'feeder club' anymore.

The Broncos select players from clubs around Brisbane, but their reserve graders play for Toowoomba. And how many players have the dogs taken from Norths? Feeder clubs are well and truly alive, thank you very much.

It would be awesome if Clint Greenshields got signed up. He's had an awesome year for the dragons and they are definitely gonna have to lose some of their players.
