I'd like to see Moe get a crack playing the at 13/main middle play maker, He's got the best skills for it with the ball in the current team with his passing and footwork. Him and Randall can cover the minutes and bring Stimson in for Clark.

Aside from our halves, I'm worried about our 13. If Isaac Liu and Clarke are our only options moving forward then we have a serious problem, and I've been saying this since last year.

Few high level stats from guys I thought who stood up over the weekend in Qcup:

Stimson 22 carries 220m, 9 tackle breaks, 29 tackles 2 missed
Pahulu 15 carries 131m, 18 tackles 0 missed
Schoupp 19 carries 220m (11.5m per carry)
Jojo 12 carries 153m (13m per carry)

Of the T&T or guys involved in pre-season
Foxwell 2 tries, 2 linebreaks, 2 linebreak assists, 3 try assists
Ngamanu 19 carries 195m, 1lb, 1lb assist, 1ta, 8 tackle breaks

Just caught up with the Jets game, Someone has absolutely cooked Schoupps and Stimsons stats hahahaha. Schoupp played 70 mins and I haven't seen Stimson break a tackle either. It's probably half the carries and metres for both of them and that'd be generous.

JC’s on the paddock is great and I hope he kills it, pity Fermor didn’t travel the same route. Looking forward to today’s game, admittedly with a great of trepidation.

I thought the Jolliffe at 13 was going to be a switch. Is it not a big concern that Des has no idea who his lock is 2 or so games into the season and Jollife was it??? His interchanges are worse then Holbrooks somehow...

I was thinking the same, Cow. I wonder if Des thinks the first half of this season is for trials.

I dont have alot to say at the moment because I dont want to say anything cruel about a team I love, but I think Foran might of been the worst half pick up of all the 'aged, experienced halves' on offer. He offers nothing on the field and off the field it seems he doesnt offer a whole lot too judging by how the club has gotten worse since his arrival. Maybe it is a bit harsh to have these expectations on him but I was really hoping for a leader on and off the field.

No doubt about that Hungry, the worst by far and I wonder is the Des/Foz thing polarizing the squad? Mind you, under Holbrook we were too harmonious so hopefully we are transitioning. Clutching at straws right now after only 2 games.
