This is a super exciting watch this week, tough test though going so young against the Panthers.
Hopefully we find a way to get Pahulu a game before the end of the season and Schoupp out of the team.

Remember weaver causing havoc down the left edge in the trials threw a nice cut out pass to the winger hopefully we get to see weaver put lofi and Kini in open space
Our late season injuries/surgeries are shocking. And it's a combination with preparing for the 2024 campaign. But I love seeing that we can bring in players of the caliber of Keano and Weaver!

Round 25 team: Tom to weave his magic as next gen Titans aim to pounce on Panthers

Rising rookie Tom Weaver is set to make his NRL debut in the Titans No. 7 jersey as the Gold Coast host Penrith on Saturday night at Cbus Super Stadium.
An alumni of the club's pathways program since aged 14, the former Australian Schoolboy is one of three new faces in the line-up, replacing fellow playmaker Tanah Boyd who was sent for season-ending surgery on his shoulder on Monday.
Kieran Foran has also been rested for the clash with a sternum injury, pushing young gun Keano Kini to fullback and Jayden Campbell into the halves, giving Titans fans a glimpse at the immense future talent the Coast has waiting in the wings as they aim to slay the defending premiers and disrupt their finals preparation.
Moeaki Fotuaika returns from suspension and will play a big part in the starting front row alongside Jaimin Jolliffe, which shifts Tino Fa'asuamaleaui to lock after Erin Clark was also ruled out ahead of going under the knife this week in readiness for 2024.
Jacob Alick is back via the interchange bench, whilst Jim Lenihan has promoted Klese Haas to the starting second row, pushing Joe Stimson to the pine.
AJ Brimson will be given every opportunity to prove his fitness ahead of kick-off as he continues to rehab an oblique injury, named in the reserves for the Round 25 showdown.
Kick-off is at 5.30pm on Saturday - the second of two games at Cbus Super Stadium.

AJ did an SEN interview yesterday and reckons he’s >50% chance of playing this weekend
We can also blame the kick for the injury, Reason #738 not to kick on a break Lofi!!
Maybe they want to switch it around and have Stimson come on after the initial 25/30 mins for the rest of the game, He's also played with Weaver quite a bit on the same side in the last couple of years I believe so maybe a bit of familiarity? Also poor Klese having to deal with more family BS.
I wonder if we run some different plays and how different we look speed wise, This spine is going to be lightning haha.
So ah this weekend's game has an American/NFL theme

May be a good chance to try some new things.

Anyone been to training and know if they're playing weaver and haas next to each other on the right side
The fan page that post training times/events every week said there's only one open session this week and was yesterday (Might not have the times yet but they're usually good).
I wouldn't be surprised if Tino moves to the 2nd row for this one.
Sounds like AJ is good to play and will be at FB, bit disappointing tbh I would've liked to see Kini have a full game there and Brimmo at centre. Kini probably will replace Alick on the bench then.

Always special to see local junior products debut. Tom was part of the first group to come into the JTS U15’s program when they took the first step to overhauling/improving our pathways. Takes a while but we’re starting to see those players trickle through and will continue to.
As a side note - our 1-7 tomorrow will be all Titans juniors besides Schoupp.

That would be nuts at our position of the season....it's a no-brainer to let the kid play and AJ to the bench.
Let em play some footy 1. Kinni, 6. Campbell & 7. Weaver and how exciting :-)
