Locked in: Origin stars in for Rabbitohs rumble

Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and David Fifita will back-up from Wednesday night when the Titans take on the Rabbitohs at Cbus Super Stadium.
Both starring in Queensland's inspirational 26-18 win in Adelaide, the duo will look to bring the Maroons' winning attitude back to clubland when they run out on Saturday afternoon; but coach Justin Holbrook has said he will make the decision to either start or play the representative pair off the bench on game day.
Having made no changes to the final 17 at Friday's captain's run, the only difference comes with the 18th man duties with Brian Kelly to hold that role instead of Kruise Leeming.
The final team will be confirmed an hour before kick-off, with tickets still available for the first clash back at home in over seven weeks.

According to Cooper Cronk in the pre-match coverage, Keano Kini is on debut.
I mean... it is his first time as a run-on spot. It's a big deal.
You wouldn't want him on your trivia team. Especially after believing that the Roosters are the oldest club in the NRL when they played the Dolphins.
Bring it on!

Late mail: Fa'asuamaleaui switch to start Rabbitohs rumble
https://www.titans.com.au/news/2023/...bitohs-rumble/
Tino Fa'asuamaleaui will be replaced by his younger brother Iszac to start the Titans' clash against the Rabbitohs at Cbus Super Stadium.
In a sibling switch ahead of kick-off, the Queensland enforcer will come into the contest from the bench alongside his Maroons teammate David Fifita who will also begin from the pine after a herculean 71 minutes in Wednesday's Origin opener, replaced by Klese Haas who will run out in his seventh NRL appearance.
The Gold Coast have also confirmed their spine reshuffle with Keano Kini forcing his way into the 17, getting his first opportunity to wear the No. 1 jersey after a blistering start in the Hostplus Cup with the Burleigh Bears; the switch pushing Jayden Campbell to the halves, playing at five-eighth alongside Tanah Boyd.
Sam Verrills will also return via the interchange bench in his first game back since Round 2; making his first ever appearance at Cbus Super Stadium.

Best bench in the comp… and Erin Clark. How tf is he still on there
What is going on with Erin? He looked good last year
Excellent start from Tanah.
12 nil after 10 minutes and I am not excited at all. So sad that watching this team dreading the second half.
Just realised we've stacked our bench.
Think that's an awesome move from us even if reasonably unintentional.

Also, Chris Randall has been an awesome pick up for us and that trade has saved our season it's just too bad he isn't as good as Greg Marzhew at [enter useless skill here], right GT?
