Tough, tough, tough win.
Kruise Leeming, fantastic on debut.
Phillip Sami, monster game.

How goods winning though....
I sound smug but the reason I was so mad during the game at Holbrooks interchanges is because Leeming legit has x factor or a running game at least from what I saw, I couldn't understand why he wasn't on around that 30 min mark.... I still need to know about this but f it....
WE WON I LOVE WINNING and who cares how you get there...
A great win for our club, This was a big moment and we looked a bit dodgy at times but we passed it, I love the score line to, None of that 40 points crap. We don't win these types of games, We've won 2 now and you could include the Tigers one.. There might be something to these boys...
Upset?? I can't be there...

The most impressive win of the season against good competition. Some lost opportunities but solid defense when it mattered. Sami was great And Leeming looks to have the goods.

Sexton shows his amazing speed to win the game!
Sami played like an Origin winger.
Burning interchanges with 4 minutes to go in the half and a 2 minute rest following the try?
I reckon Campbell scored from that kick through. The Dragon never ground it and Schoup knocked it backwards.
Win or lose that game, it was a great effort for the second game in a row. Keep it up.

LETS GOOO BOYS! Great resilience there, so proud of the lads. Holy Leeming looks like a player, the way he was engaging the markers was so classy, you could tell he knows exactly how to control the ruck. Didn
t have any issues with his D either

So pumped for the boys! I might have had an aneurysm during the game but can't beat that winning feeling. And yes, the bench rotation needs analysis. However, I'll surprise by defending his 9 rotation. Against a bigger side with a prop in the bin in the first half, their big middles were going to be less effective and easily challenged at the end of the game. Leeming's first game too, so maybe Holbrook was unsure about his D but he wanted him fresh to exploit those guys the tireder they got. Fully agree that Randall looked cooked well before he came off and I even thought about putting Erin there for a short stint between them. I also thought Stimson was cooked at different times but wow, what a motor he's got. He was phenomenal for us.
I reckon Liu was outstanding at the end of the game especially when he really asked them questions close to the sticks. He seemed to take control there with young halves and I reckon that helped them.
I'm still a bit concerned about how slow Dave is getting back into the line after tackling. I think his lack of effort meant that Hunt had no kick pressure for the Lomax try. He very nearly cost us again when Mbye jumped him and went from DH. Saints didn't exploit that but good teams will. Apart from that, I'm happy with his game this year.
The effigies will keep for another time but I think Cowabunga said it well that we played so badly in Rd 2 that we made the Dragons middles look better than they are (especially when they have a prop in the bin). Given that, we could afford the smaller bench today. You were right once again Cowabunga and my fears were unnecessary. Holbrook still has me - for now.
Massive game next week. Not expecting to win but hope it's close.

How goods a win like that!
Did anyone else get told to move along whilst Foran was signing autographs out the front? First it was 3:15pm, then another email said 3:10, then I got there at 3:10, waited 5 minutes and got told he'd been there since 3 and to move on. Poorly organised to be honest and a tad frustrating

Good tough win against the only team thats thrashed the Dolphins so far. St George are playing pretty decent footy this year and nowhere near as bad as some commentators make out. Storm form since we beat them hasn’t been too shabby either.
We’d have to be a chance of beating the broncs next week if the team can just put together a good 80 minute effort.

Great win that’s all I can ask. Win the 50/50 and games we are favoured and try and steal the odd game against a superior side. Still the same old problems but a win is always sweet especially against a team that got us a few weeks back. Kudos to Toby! Shut me up this week

The sloth rolling over for the winning try was a great laugh but gold
