Gee it burns to have two absolute competitors on the bench like AJ and Foran.

It's gonna take grit and patience to win this.

Yes lots of injuries. And not just to our club. I'm not sure if it is just us or bad luck too.

I know he came into the NRL as a half, but Erin Clark defending at 6 is yuck. Would probably prefer Liu there.

Our fitness is going to come in today, what's the positions to put guys. Looks like Clark is at 5/8th which I guess is the only option at this point..

I doubt the injuries are due to some lack of preparation issue, there’s no evidence of that at all. Foran is of the age and AJ has history. I do admit to being glad to have JC on the bench. More importantly what does it mean going forward? A real arm wrestle of a game and the second half will be a huge test.

I'm no expert, but on the other hand, you can get injuries from being under done in pre-season too.

Hope for the rest of us that tough pre-season can helpus out there in the second.

And Verrills could barely stay on the field at the Roosters. When we signed those two we knew what we were getting. It's interesting though that the Donkeys get all night games to start out the season and have just one injury. And it's been a very hot end to summer this year. Have to wonder if any of that is linked.
