    Round One of the 2024 Queensland Cup competition saw Vaka Sikahele start at hooker for the Tweed Heads Seagulls against the Northern Pride and whilst playing fifty one minutes Vaka Sikahele ran for twenty four metres (six post contact), played the ball at an average speed of 3.41 second sand made twenty tackles at a 100% tackling efficiency.

    Round One of the 2024 Queensland Cup competition saw Jaylan De Groot start from the bench for the Ipswich Jets against the Townsville Blackhawks and after coming onto the field at half time to play on the right wing Jaylan De Groot scored in the 65th minute with a ninety seven metre intercept when facing an overlap while defending on his own try line with Jaylan De Groot outpacing he cover defence down the right touchline before being able to cut inside to put the ball down under the posts.

    In the 47th minute from the right of the play the ball Jaylan De Groot did well to run the ball from the halfway to within thirty seven metres of the try line.

    Playing forty minutes Jaylan De Groot ran for 114 metres (five post contact), played the ball at an average speed of 3.35 seconds and made four tackles at a tackling efficiency of 80%.

    Round One of the 2024 Queensland Cup competition saw Iszac Fa’asuamaleaui start in the front row for the Tweed Heads Seagulls against the Northern Pride.

    Iszac Fa’asuamaleaui carried the ball twice in the opening set of six tackles, the first occasion being the second hit-up of the match out to the thirty five metre mark and also the fourth hit-up to get the ball to within three metres of the try line.

    From the right of the play the ball in the 13th minute Iszac Fa’asuamaleaui got the ball from forty five metres from the try line to within thirty five metres. Then from the left of the dummy half in the 18th minute Iszac Fa’asuamaleaui was able to promote the ball to within twenty eight metres of the try line after making twelve metres.

    Playing eighteen metres Iszac Fa’asuamaleaui ran for forty three metres (sixteen post contact), broke a tackle, played the ball at an average speed of 3.11 seconds and made twelve metres at a 100% tackling efficiency.

    Round One of the 2024 Queensland Cup competition saw Josiah Pahulu start in the front row for the Ipswich Jets against the Townsville Blackhawks with Josiah Pahulu involved in the opening tackle of the match from the Jets kick-off.

    From the left of the play the ball in the 11th minute Josiah Pahulu was able to get the ball to within nine metres of the halfway mark after commencing his run thirty metres out. Then in the 14th minute also from the left of the play the ball and twenty two metres out, Josiah Pahulu quickly stepped off his right foot to unsettle the defensive line to get he ball to the thirty two metre mark.

    After making a strong kick-off return out to the twenty metre mark in the 67th minute Josiah Pahulu made a further hit-up a tackle later from the right of the play and the ball and after running over the top of one defender Josiah Pahulu got the ball from his thirty metre mark to the forty metre mark.

    Josiah Pahulu was still working in the final minute of the match being the 80th minute when from the left of the play the ball on a yardage carry Josiah Pahulu carried the ball from literally on his on try line out to the eight metre mark.

    Playing forty seven minutes Josiah Pahulu ran for seventy metres (twenty seven post contact), played the ball at an average speed of 3.45 seconds and made twenty one tackles at a tackling efficiency of 84%.

    Round One of the 2024 Queensland Cup competition saw Oskar Bryant start from the bench for the Tweed Heads Seagulls against the Northern Pride and after coming onto the field in the 27th minute into the dummy half role Oskar Bryant made a line break in the 59th minute when Oskar Bryant picked the ball up from dummy half with his left arm on the move and ran to his right from fourteen metres from his own try line and after bursting through the centre of the Pride defensive line Oskar Bryant was able to run the ball to ten metres inside Northern Pride territory.

    Earlier Oskar Bryant did well in the 44th minute when after running the ball out of dummy half to his left from the halfway mark down a short left blindside and after making eight metres Oskar Bryant got a pass away to his left and then backed up a break on the inside and after getting the ball back Oskar Bryant was brought down from behind just thirteen metres from the try line.

    In his thirty nine minutes on the field Oskar Bryant ran for sixty four metres (eleven post contact), made a line break, broke two tackles, played the ball at an average speed of 4.79 seconds and made twenty one tackles at a tackling efficiency of 87.5%.

    In 2024 Arama Hau was allocated to the Ipswich Jets as part of the Titans feeder club arrangement with the Jets Queensland Cup side.

    Round One of the 2024 Queensland Cup competition saw Arama Hau start at right second row before moving to left second row for the Ipswich Jets against the Townsville Blackhawks.

    Arama Hau ran an underneath route to the right of the play the ball in the 11th minute to get the ball from forty metres from the try line to thirty metres out. Then in the 47th minute from the left of the play the ball once again Arama Hau stepped inside off his left foot as he ran the ball from sixteen metres from his own try line to thirty metres out.

    Arama Hau made his presence felt defensively in the 9th minute with a heavy front on hit on his opposite number to force a Blackhawks knock-on twenty metres from the try line. Arama Hua made another good defensive play in the 26th minute with another big front on tackle on this occasion against the Townsville front rower Ni. 8 to force another lost Blackhawks ball forty metres from the try line.

    From two passes to the left of the play the ball and forty metres from the try line and in the centre of the field in the 60th minute Arama Hau stepped off his left foot immediately upon receipt of the pass and as a consequence Arama Hau was able to promote the ball to within twenty seven metres of the try line.

    Arama Hau continued his strong match in the 72nd minute with a run from the left of the play the ball that saw Arama Hau get the ball from two metres inside Townsville territory to within thirty five metres of the try line. Then in the 78th minute from two passes to the left of the dummy half and ten metres inside his own half Arama Hau ran the ball to three metres inside Blackhawks territory but his left foot kick went astray.

    A number of smart plays belied the fact that Arama Hau was making his Queensland Cup debut including in the 46th minute with Arama Hau showing his enthusiasm by chasing a through a Jets frubber kick into the in-goal area to tackle the Townsville right centre No. 3 in-goal to force a goal line drop-out. Arama Hau even better with a smart play in the 48th minute with a one on one steal of the ball from the Townsville right winger No. 2 two metres inside with Arama Hau then making five metres to get the ball three metres into Blackhawks territory.

    Playing all eighty minutes Arama Hau ran for 151 metres (thirty eight post contact), broke two tackles, played the ball at an average speed of 3.77 seconds and made twenty four tackles at a tackling efficiency of 82.76.

    Jaylan De Groot moved into the Ipswich Jets starting side on the right wing in Round Two of the Queensland Cup against the Western Clydesdales with Jaylan De Groot scoring for the second match in a row in the 29th minute with an easy try in the right corner from three metres out after receiving a lopping cut-out pass from his inside with Jaylan De Groot able to bring the ball around ten metres closer to the posts.

    Inside the opening minute of the match from the right of the play the ball Jaylan De Groot carried the ball from the centre of the field from thirty two metres from his try lien to within six metres of the halfway mark. Then in the 15th minute from the left of the play the ball Jaylan De Groot made a yardage carry from two metres from his own try line through the centre of the field to twelve metres out.

    Jaylan De Groot made another yardage carry in the 36th minute to get the ball from four metres to sixteen metres from his try line and prior to that in the 25th minute Jaylan De Groot carried the ball from fourteen metres to twenty five metres from his own try line.

    After receiving an off-load in the centre of the field in the 65th minute Jaylan De Groot made ten metres from his own try line with Jaylan De Groot in the 71st minute carrying the ball to the left of the play the ball to make eleven hard metres from five metres out from his own try line.

    Jaylan De Groot caught the Clydesdales defence napping in the 76th minute when from twenty five metres out from his own ty line Jaylan De Groot ran down an exceptionally short left blindside to get within six metres of the halfway mark.

    Jaylan De Groot made a smart defensive play in the 78th minute to intercept a Clydesdales inside pass just four metres from the Jets try line with Jaylan De Groot then able to break a tackle to get the ball out to the sixteen metre mark. Jaylan De Groot also did well in the 55th minute to chase through a Jets chip kick into the in-goal and then tackle the Clydesdales fullback in-goal to force a goal line drop-out.

    Playing all eighty minutes Jaylan De Groot ran for 118 metres (twenty nine post contact), made a line break, broke a tackle, played the ball at an average speed of 3.19 seconds and made two tackles.

    Arama Hau started at left second row for the Ipswich Jets in Round Two of the Queensland Cup against the Western Clydesdales with Arama Hau coming close to scoring in the 12th minute when he chased through a grubber kick into the in-goal but just as Arama Hau looked set to retrieve the ball it took a wicked bounce away from him. Arama Hau also got close to the try line in the 48th minute by way of a eleven metre run from the left of the play the ball that saw Arama Hau get to within a metre of the try line ten metres to the left of the goal posts.

    Arama Hau was involved in setting up a Jets try in the 16th minute with a smart off-load to his left when be tackled from behind twenty metres from the try line with Ipswich scoring in the left corner a pass after Arama Hau’s.

    In the 9th minute from the left of the play the ball and twenty three metres from his try line Arama Hau got the ball out to the thirty four metre mark with Arama Hau then awarded a penalty for his leg being raised into dangerous position. A minute later in the 10th minute after running an underneath route to the left of the play the ball Arama Hau bumped away from one defender as he ran the ball through the centre of the field from thirty metres from the try line to twenty metres out before getting a left arm off-load away as Arama Hau was being spun around clockwise.

    Then in the 11th minute Arama Hau got another right arm off-load away off an underneath route to the left of the dummy half from twenty metres to nine metres from the try line with Arama Hau able to get his right arm free above his head to get the off-load away to his inside. After running down the left channel in the 41st minute from thirty two metres to forty two metres out Arama Hau took another hit-up three tackles later and broke two tackles including one by way of a left foot step to carry the ball from thirty eight metres from the try line to twenty one metres out.

    Arama Hau continued his strong start to the match in the 18th minute from the right of the play the ball to get the ball to thirty five metres from the try line after taking possession twenty four metres out. Arama Hau then ran the ball down a left blindside in t he59th minute from twenty metres to thirty one metres out from the try line with approximately 60% of Arama Hau’s metres being post contact.

    Aram ahau finished himself perfectly in the 75th minute to take a Clydesdales attacking kick on the five metres out in front of his own posts with Arama Hau then able to make nine metres downfield to get the ball away from his try line.

    Playing all eighty minutes Arama Hau ran for eighty seven metres (thirty one post contact), broke two tackles, played the ball at an average speed of 3.45 seconds and made twenty six tackles at a tackling efficiency of 86.67%.

    Ryan Foran moved into the Ipswich Jets starting side at right second row in Round Two of the Queensland Cup against the Western Clydesdales with Ryan Foran scoring his first Queensland Cup try in the 7th minute when he chased through a short Jets grubber kick into the in-goal area with Ryan Foran taking his time to wait for an appropriate bounce to ground the ball behind the posts.

    Ryan Foran came close to scoring a second try in the 28th minute by way of a hard straight crash line from two passes to the right of the play the ball with Ryan Foran running straight over the top of one defender as he got the ball from fourteen metres out to within less than a metre of the try line midway between the goal posts and corner post on the right side of the field.

    From the left of the play the ball in the 25th minute Ryan Foran was able to make thirteen metres out to thirty six metres from his try line then in the 32nd minute after running an underneath route to the right of the play the ball from forty seven metres Ryan Foran got to within thirty two metres of the try line breaking a tackle along the way.

    After making fourteen metres down the right channel in the 41st minute from thirteen to twenty seven metres of the try line Ryan Foran took a Clydesdales kick-off on the full fourteen metres from the try line and on the right touchline and was able to get eth ball out to the twenty two metre mark.

    Ryan Foran commenced the match by being involved in the second and third tackles of the match from the Ipswich kick-off.

    Playing all eighty minutes Ryan Foran ran for fifty four metres (seventeen post contact), broke six tackles, played the ball at an average speed of 3.74 seconds and made twenty tackles at a tackling efficiency of 86.96%.

Then in the 9th minute from the left of the play the ball Josiah Pahulu made a yardage carry from his own ten metre mark out to the twenty three metre mark.

    From a Jets penalty restart in the 10th minute from five metres inside his own territory Josiah Pahulu carried the ball ten metres into Clydesdales territory. Then in the 18th minute Josiah Pahulu ran the ball from the left of the play the ball from his own ten metre mark to twenty metres out.

    In the 31st minute from two passes to the left of the play the ball and fourteen metres from his try line Josiah Pahulu was able to get the ball to the twenty five metre mark. Then in the 64th minute from two passes to the right of the play the ball Josiah Pahulu charged his running line to the outside while the pass was in the air and as a result Josiah Pahulu beat one defender to ran the ball from twenty five metres from the try line to fifteen metres out but unfortunately Josiah Pahulu’s short pass to his right to put a support runner into space was ruled forward.

    After returning a Clydesdales kick-off to the twenty metre mark in the 68th minute Josiah Pahulu took another hit-up two tackles later from the left of the play the ball to carry the ball from ten metres inside his own territory to three metres into Clydesdales territory. Then in the 77th minute also from the left of the play the ball and six metres inside his own territory Josiah Pahulu continued to run to his left and get eh ball nine metres into Clydesdales territory.

    Josiah Pahulu got his match underway by being involved in the opening tackle of the match with Josiah Pahulu backing up to also be involved in the third tackle.

    Playing forty eight minutes Josiah Pahulu ran for 131 metres (sixty three post contact), broke five tackles, played the ball at an average speed of 2.74 seconds and made eighteen at a 100% tackling efficiency.

    From wide on the right side of the field in the 7th minute from sixteen metres from the try line Jojo Fifita ran a straight hard crash line to get the to within three metres of the try line with Jojo Fifita then winning a penalty for Magpies ruck interference. Then in the 27th minute from the right of the play the ball and two metres from his try line Jojo Fifita made a strong yardage carry to get the ball out to the fifteen metre mark.

    Also from the right of the play the ball in the 40th minute and twenty metres from his own try line Jojo Fifita got the ball out to the thirty four metre mark. Jojo Fifita followed up in the 46th minute with another run to the right of the dummy half from thirty metres to within three metres of the halfway mark with 75% of Jojo Fifita’s metres being post contact with the Souths Logan defensive line.

    In the 63rd minute from the right of a Tweed Heads scrum win Jojo Fifita did well to run the ball from nine metres from his own try line to twenty metres out. Then to round out a strong match Jojo Fifita from wide on the right Jojo Fifita broke a tackle as he ran the ball from the halfway mark to thirty metres from the try line.

    Playing all eighty minutes Jojo Fifita ran for 153 metres, a team leading eighty two of which were post contact, broke a tackle, played the ball at an average speed of 3.03 seconds and made eight tackles.

    Oskar Bryant started from the bench for the Tweed Heads Seagulls in Round Two of the Queensland Cup against the Souths Logan Magpies with Oscar Bryant coming onto the field to operate in the dummy half role in the 24th minute.

    Oskar Bryant made a line break out of dummy half after running to his left in the 69th minute from forty metres from the try line with Oskar Bryant darting to the twenty metre through the centre of the field but unfortunately Oskar Bryant’s pass to his left went to ground.

    Oskar Bryant did well in the 76th minute when he was involved in holding up the Magpies front rower No. 8 directly under the goal posts.

    Playing fifty seven minutes Oskar Bryant ran for thirty eight metres (three post contact), made a line break, broke two tackles, played the ball at an average speed of 4.84 seconds and made a team leading thirty seven tackles at an outstanding tackling efficiency of 97.37%.

    Round Two of the 2024 Queensland Cup competition saw Kaleb Ngamanu start on the left wing for the Tweed Heads Seagulls against the Souths Logan Magpies with Kaleb Ngamanu recording a try assist in the 72nd minute when after receiving the ball on the end of a Seagulls backline movement on the left touchline twenty three metres from the try line Kaleb Ngamanu cut inside to beat one defender and when being tackled to ground by two defenders Kaleb Ngamanu got a short right arm flock off-load away to his inside to Will Brimson who was able to score ten metres in from the left corner post.

    Kaleb Ngamanu made his initial hit-up of the match in the 6th minute from the left of the play the ball from the halfway mark to thirty eighty metres from the try line.

    Kaleb Ngamanu came close to scoring in the 7th minute when after receiving a cut-out pass on the left touchline and twelve metres out Kaleb Ngamanu cut inside away from the touchline and as a result was able to get within a metre of the try line. Then in the 14th minute Kaleb Ngamanu came off his wing to take a hit-up from the right of the play the ball with a yardage carry from twelve metres from his own try line to twenty five metres out with Kaleb Ngmaanu hit in a high tackle and receiving a penalty.

    Kaleb Ngamanu jumped high to take a Magpies high bomb on the full under pressure in the 46th minute three metres out from his try line with Kaleb Ngamanu doing very well to then get the ball out to the twenty two metre mark after running the ball from twelve metres in from the left touchline towards the centre of the field by way of a left foot step. Kaleb Ngamanu took another Souths Logan kick on the full in the 70th minute and after taking the ball in the in-goal Kaleb Ngamanu took the tap from the twenty metre mark and against a set Souths Logan defensive line Kaleb Namanu was still able to make eleven metres.

    Playing all eighty minutes Kaleb Ngamanu ran for a Team Leading 195 fifty four metres (seventy post contact), made a line break, recorded a try assist and line break assist, broke a Team Leading eight tackles, played the ball at an average speed of 3.72 seconds and made five tackles at a tackling efficiency of 83.33%.
