Thought this was pretty interesting to see that I think was missed when it happened. I found it randomly checking how our Titans NR teams were going.

Trials for the Northern Rivers Titans Open Women were held yesterday. This was the best attendance we have had to date. We were also lucky enough to have Karyn Murphy & Neil Henry in attendance who assisted with the scheduled training run for the RISE Rookie academy Programme. Both Kayrn & Neil also played a part in the selections and will provide feedback to the selectors. The final selections will be made & announced in the coming weeks. Thank you to everyone who attended

Great news! Long Live King Henry! We were lucky to have him and treated him poorly.

It did happen in January which I didn't add. The fact he's been somewhat involved back in the club it seems is cool though.

Oh, you can’t. Looks like the club can’t be bothered to submit them? Get professional!

Welcome YohoBono! It's going to be a big year for our NRLW after some great recruitment. Our club seems to be incredibly dedicated to the cause and a lot of that probably stems from Rebecca Frizelle.

It's good to see our fans like Bonnarga also holding the club to standard for our NRLW. I hope we can also enjoy the information in their player profiles soon.

Trial 1 team: Exciting new recruits ready to impress against Cowboys
    https://www.titans.com.au/news/2023/...ainst-cowboys/

The Gold Coast will see 13 of its new recruits wear Titans colours for the first time as they prepare to face the North Queensland Cowboys in a trial match on Saturday night.

As final preparations for the season proper ramps up, 19 of the top 24 squad members will feature against Queensland's newest NRLW franchise, with a further two development players also getting their opportunity to shine in the first outing upon joining the club.

In the clash, coach Karyn Murphy will put to the test a number of brand new combinations; including in the halves with Taliah Fuimaono, Chantay Kiria-Ratu and Sienna Lofipo all gunning it out for a playmaking position come Round 1.

Young rising star Destiny Mino-Sinapati will be given her opportunity at fullback with Evania Pelite rested, as will Brooke Saddler who gets her chance to earn a spot in the back five for the season opener on July 22.

The Titans will also unleash an exciting new centre pairing, with New South Wales representative Jaime Chapman pairing with New Zealand Rugby 7s International Niall Williams-Guthrie to start the contest, which will be played as part of a Super Saturday of rugby league at the home of the Burleigh Bears.

Kick-off is at 7pm at UAA Park (formerly Pizzey Park), Burleigh with titans.com.au to stream the match live.

Go girls! Hanging for this season. I smell success. I wonder if Lily Kolc is related to Johnny Kolc. It’s not a common surname.

    30-6 Win in the trial

Thought we looked pretty dominant across the board tonight. Prob should've won by more. Only a trial but the brand of football we played looked much better than last year.

Some promising young local talent coming through our NRLW system too. A lot of them stood out tonight.
