Titans released a video yesterday with Cameron Ferguson talking about how pre-season is going to shape up from day one, who's due to start pre-season at what stage, etc.

Some off contract players I'd consider for 2024. I left out some good players for specific reasons like Reece Robson (already have Verrills), Jeremiah Nanai (unproven/overvalued), and Spencer Leniu (unproven/overvalued). It could be argued that players like Stephen Crichton and Liam Martin will be overvalued but those two in particular I see as high benefit/cost ratio for our squad because Crichton is a tall back/high percentage goalkicker and Martin has that hardnosed attitude we've missed since Birdy was sacked. It's obviously subjective though so would appreciate others' input.

Thanks HS. Watching it now. Hopefully this signals an unprecedented focus on pre-season for the Titans. And that is communicated to fans and members. And we are brought into it with photos, info and videos.

The 2023 pre-season will officially kick-off this week with a number of the club's younger players returning to Parkwood to resume the daily grind.

From November 1, 14 of the club's existing roster will kick off the new campaign; joining new development stars Keano Kini, Iszac Fa'asuamaleaui and 20 train-and-trial players on the training field to better improve themselves.

Four top 30 spots and one development contract is still up for grabs heading into the new pre-season, which will motivate plenty of upcoming talent to push even harder in the hope of chasing their NRL dream.

Below is how the Gold Coast Titans roster currently stands heading into day one of the new term:
