They would have a fair more detailed plan but of course they arnt going to release that to the public. This is just to get abit of media attention with the revamping of the logo etc. It's better than nothing and I'm actually glad they even have a strategic plan at all.

Around 100 members of the Titans Legion were given an exclusive look into the Club's 2030 roadmap and future plans for success.

Titans CEO Steve Mitchell presented and explained the three key announcements from the week - the launch of the 2030 roadmap, the refreshed Gold Coast Titans brand and the announcement of MyPayNow as Principal Partner for next season.

The event, held at Griffith University's Gold Coast Campus, was capped at 100 members due to COVID capacity limits.

Members in attendance included long term Gold Coast supporters who had been through the earlier franchises on the Coast (Giants, Seagulls or Chargers) and first time members who enjoyed their first year as part of the legion.

Mitchell said that by making the plan public he wanted to make sure the club's Members were a part of the journey.

"Our goal is to bring Premierships home to the Coast," Mitchell said.

The Titans CEO spoke to the fact that the Club wants to reach a member target of 27,350 by 2030. That's the number of seats in Cbus Super Stadium, with the Titans setting the goal of having every seat assigned to a ticketed member.

The Titans Legion grew to record numbers in 2021, with the Club reaching the highest membership number in it’s short history, eclipsing the large numbers of Members that had signed up in the initial seasons for the club over 15 years ago. The off-field support from passionate Members, joined with Titans fans made the atmosphere at Cbus Super Stadium electric. Ticket sales also increased through 2021, with the Titans seeing a 42% increase in sales on previous seasons.
