Yeah ok…I’ll accept him then as a one club player given he never played 1st Grade for them.
A bit like Paul Gallen with Parramatta/Cronulla.
These guys are converts Bodsie and as you probably know converts are generally fanatics … we love the Fermonator, especially JB. As he strode down that left touchline and found Sami the Seal who didn’t think we were going to score? Alas…..
Four reasons to escape to Queensland: Sun, Surf, Sand & the Titans.
Whoever recruited him deserves a congratulations. Our signings last year have proven to be 80% positive.
Here you go Mr Bods, treat yourself to a scotch

Pre-season begins today for the NRL Development and Train & Trial players. For most of these boys it will just be up until Christmas, however if any do particularly impress they'll be taken forward to trials with the chance of a full-time contract.

Tom Weaver (Half, JTS, U18)
Oskar Bryant (Hooker, JTS, U18)
Shallin Fuller (Half)
Few things to note:
-Each feeder club (Burleigh and Tweed) nominates 2x players to take part in the NRL Pre-seaso up until Xmas. From this list it looks as if Tweed have nominated Lee Turner and Braden Robson, whereas Burleigh have nominated Josh Rogers and Taine Tuaupiki.
-The above list is a combination of 2022 Development Contract (signed full time with NRL) players (e.g. Tom Weaver), train and trialists from external, train and trialists from the JTS system, and feeder club nominees
-Some of the above have already signed Development Contracts (Full time with NRL) for future years, i.e. they're not really train and trailists - they're just getting some early exposure to first grade. Examples of this are Isaac MB, Iszac Fa'asuamaleaui, and Jaylan De Groot.
Anyway - pre season 2022 is offically underway. Expect most of the senior squad back in a few weeks.

Braden Robson related to Reece?
Klese Haas, younger brother of Payne is also on the train and trial list
Yeah mate saw that in the GCB - I left him out because he didn't last very long in the JTS system earlier this year, so it was strange to see him listed on the GCB as doing an NRL pre-season. I'll wait until I see some photos including him just because he was in and out of the junior system in a short period of time so it's weird he's now back and training at that level

Jojo Fifita also back training despite being top 30.
What are the chances of the JTS players doing the train and trial playing QCUP this year? Will it be 90-100% of them? It could be a really good era of Qcup to watch with so many juniors involved to look out for and watch develop.

HS can't wait to see JoJo development hopefully with a full pre-season under his belt
Maybe a handful. Some positions like middles generally take a bit longer to reach ISC level than say outside backs, just because they're still developing physically for what is required at that level. My pick would be:
Iszac F, Isaac MB and Vaka to all feature for Burleigh Qcup at some stage next year
Caleb Hodges (already played some qcup), Tom Weaver and Jaylan De Groot to feature for Tweed in Qcup at some stage next year
