I'm ok with signing Will Smith, the more Smith's the merrier I say, plus he has experience and covers positions where our future is largely hope and hearsay.

    To clarify across 6, 7, 9 & 1:

    HOPE

    Brimson (at 6)
    Sexton (rookie)
    Boyd (fingers crossed)
    Clarke (see Boyd)
    Booth (see Boyd)
    Campbell (rookie)

    HEARSAY

    Weaver (untested)
    Turner (untested)
    Fuller (untested)

    Probably missed a few bodies.

How old is he? Thinking Holbrook backs himself to develop him. Never really taken notice of him to be fair.

Every Para game I saw this year commentators were very complimentary of Smith's value to the team. Yes. Not a superstar but gives his all on every play.

About 29 I think and 75 games, not a rookie.

Will Smith=Meh. Maybe that’s what we need someone who just does their job but my mates who are Parra fans are happy to see him go

I have no idea re Will Smith.

But if you guys say Parra fans are upset then I'll take your word for it.

Interesting that RCG has apparently told the Eels that he won’t resign with th Eels as he wants to to the Dolphins in 2023

Now or never for RCG really - a new club with a blank salary cap, and his existing club is having salary cap problems as it is. Perfect time for him to capitalise and see what he can get on the open market

I had a lot of Warriors fans say Lisone was a bad signing and I think he's turned out bloody marvellous because he plays his heart out every game. It will come down to what Will Smith is willing to do for the squad. He hasn't come here on a marquee salary but smaller $$$ than most so he has a lot to prove and play for.

if he can tackle, minimal errors and roll forward thats all we need. Peachy was rocks and diamonds as our utility last year so id take solid

I don't see the attraction or connection of RCG to the Dolphins or SEQLD. I guess as HS says it's an opportunity. Managers are going to have a lot of fun with the Dolphins Factor and it's probably going to drive the rest of us crazy. Hopefully we successfully circle the wagons around our key talent.

The more NSW based (Or Storm) players on the radar of the Dophins, the better in my book.

In contrast to us launching on a shoestring and Cartwright they launch with a profile and Bennett … they will recruit well.

I already dislike the Dolphins and see them as real rivals.

And I think that's great. They will have an axe to grind with us.

Our juniors are going to be more important than ever and it's fortunate timing that things are beginning to click.
