I wouldn't consider Ash a sprinter so what's the difference? My concern is Sexton being sent back down to allow for a mediocre captain and half.

My opinion is that Fogarty is not an NRL standard half - so there's my answer.

If we aren’t going to sign Taylor then let’s send him to Tweed now. Gotta keep an eye on the future.

I've been saying this for a couple of months and can't get my head around why we are still playing him?

Because we're still in the race for the 8 and he is our best bad option.

Well IMO Taylor offers nothing and I would be very excited to see him not named today

Esan enters, Marsters only change to winning team
    https://www.titans.com.au/news/2021/07/27/team-list/

The Gold Coast Titans have made just one forced change for Sunday's clash against the Canterbury Bulldogs at Cbus Super Stadium.

Patrick Herbert will head to the judiciary tonight to contest the grading of a grade two careless high tackle charge, but even if successful he won't be available for the match.

Esan Marsters returns to the side to replace Herbert and will play his first game since round 13.

Toby Sexton will make his second NRL appearance after an impressive debut in the Titans victory over the Dragons last weekend.

Co-captain Jamal Fogarty has been added to an extended bench, with the halfback continuing his recovery from a compound dislocation to the finger.

Fogarty sniffing around worries me. I guess with Don on the extended bench maybe Greg M moves into centres if Kelly pikes it.

100% ash has done nothing but strangely I’d be more comfortable with him than Tannah. After watching the replay of the dragons game you have to leave sexton in, he was getting perfect balls to Fifita, constantly had him in motion. As for Fifita I’d play him whatever side the weaker half is on as we saw last week he can play any side. Still wish Fermour was starting in place of Proctor

Me too, but the club would loose two captains and lose face at the same time. Politics is a biatch

The more important and more exciting news to me is he will have a lawyer representing him tonight.

Amateur hour has come to an end.
And it was successful. See what happens when we get a lawyer and not Laffrancchi or Meninga.
