Got to go back to the beginning and have
    David Fifita
    Brian Kelly
    Corey Thompson
On one side we either run or grubber the ball through

    Other side Anthony Don
Who we use to bomb to

    And start with Mitch Rein

Erin Clark first runs and then passes he thinks he is Cameron Smith

    Is Marzhew back this week?
    Bring back Kevin Gordon

If Marzhew isn't back I wouldn't mind trying AJ at centre, shifting Brian Kelly to the wing, and Jayden Campbell to fullback

If Fogarty, Sami and Marzhew aren't in the team next week, I'd be happy enough with:

    1. Brimson/Campbell
    2. Kelly
    3. Marsters
    4. Herbert
    5 . Thompson
    6. Sexton/Brimson
    7. Taylor
    8. Wallace
    9. Rein
    10. Fotuaika
    11. Proctor
    12. Fifita
    13. Fa’asuamaleaui

    14. Peachey
    15. Lisone
    16. Joliffe
    17. Fermor

At this stage, if we can string a few wins together, we can still probably scrape into the 8. Especially with most of our games being in Queensland now.

I'd personally like to see Campbell at FB and move Brimson into 5/8. Obviously wouldn't normally go for that, but I wouldn't want to throw Sexton out there just yet either. At least Campbell has a bit of NRL experience already and he's been very good for us when he's played, and 5/8 isn't completely new to Brimson.

I also agree with indoallstars regarding shifting Kelly to the wing.

I'd probably like to give Rein another go at 9 now and see how he goes. Clark has been okay - good when he's on, but not so much when he isn't.

Rein at 9 is a backward step. We know how he goes and he ain't it.

No idea what the makeup of the team will be but I'd say we'll see the debut of Toby Sexton. He plays his best with a a backrower who can run a decent line so Proctor being there isn't ideal.

Marzhew out for 4 weeks from the time of injury which was beginning of July
Fogarty compound fracture of his finger 2-4 at best
Sami, ankle injury, severity unknown so 4 weeks onwards

Every time Taylor is named in this team it feels like groundhog day to me.
We seem to be waiting for some kind of miracle that just never happens (no more excuses).

Please make a line in the sand and lets move on with a fresh direction/strategy (now not next year).
If we keep trudging out our failed past we will keep getting the same and we will be thanking God for the Bulldogs this season.

I’ve got no more expectations this year. I hope those who get a chance show something and the others aren’t given another contract after this season. Next year looks grim if this is the quality we throw up.
