Is Coffs in the country? Good stadium down there. Then again, bad things did allegedly happen in Coffs to the doggies a decade ago.

Titans players Esan Marsters, Beau Fermor and Jamal Fogarty are all facing fines.

Marsters will be out of pocket either $1150 or $1500 for a grade one dangerous contact charge, while Fermor and Fogarty are facing identical fines for a grade one careless high tackle and grade one dangerous contact charge respectively.

How’s Taylor meant to force his way back into the team If he’s not playing QCup?

So you are even dropping him to a tier below QCup?

Looking towards the Sharks game I am starting to think Taylor should be back in the team, and I have been one of his biggest critics. The combo of Fogarty and Boyd have shown absolutely nothing and I think Fogarty and Taylor might be slightly better. Never thought I would say that, but we played a poor side yesterday and the halves still gave us nothing, in fact the kicking game was Z grade standard. I know we are just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic and will be doing so for the rest of the season.

Think that you might be a bit hard on Boyd mate (and you aren’t alone, a lot of others are too). He’s not perfect but to say he did nothing against the dogs is incorrect imo. He set up that first try to Brimson but putting Kelly away, and he also set up the try to Sami as well with a nice show and go. He also put Fermor through two holes early on who dropped them.

Has a lot of work to do with his defence and picking his moments to take the defensive line on but I think he is worth persevering with as he’s shown enough for mine.

If anything I think his halves partner needs to step up...20 thousand bombs to Don the whole game is not an attacking ploy

I'd really like to see how much different our attack would look without Fogarty, really ash should be the dominant 7 when he's at his best but I don't think that's ever coming back sadly

I take great offense at the deck chair comment MT ... lounge chairs at least thank you very much.

Boyd is just finding his way and hasn’t had the luxury of an inflated contract and years of mollycoddling but having said that he needs to go back and learn how to tackle. Ash and Fogarty for me too at this stage but Fogarlii is on the brink.

Agree with this. Boyd showed a lot against the Dogs and I think he’s worth developing further. Fogarty has regressed this year in all but goal kicking. His 5th tackle options have been woefully predictable and the kick it to Don and pray approach doesn’t work anymore.

I'm pretty over Fogarty's typical bombs. I wish we thought about running at least before putting it up, and if I remember correctly we seemed to be running it here and there on last if we were in the oppositions half towards the end of last year which led to a few opportunities. His kicks are almost always taken very comfortably too.

100% this! Boyd needs time to continue to cement his spot in 1st grade but he’s shown enough to retain his spot. I’d say the same of Fermour. He has some defensive deficiency but by god he offers 10 x more in attack than Proctor. It’s time to pull the trigger on the future. It won’t happen and we will continue to see Proctor fail to break a tackle out wide

I would class it as country...Nice stadium but on the smaller side (unless they have done some upgrading in the past few years?)

P.S. I will be sitting in it come Sunday so I will let you know....

I don’t think Fogerty has progressed at all this year and in fact I think he has gone backwards slightly. I think Boyd would be better suited as the 7 as he straightens the attack and has more attacking options than Fogerty. Boyd’s defence can be lacking but he puts his body on the line but Fogerty also has moments of defensive errors.
