I hear ya Titanic. All I want this year is for DFifita to be a 'street-walkin cheetah with a heart full of napalm'. The Stooges were the band for me that transformed rock to punk with pop sensibilities underneath if you dig far enough. I think Search and Destroy could blast over the speakers after a try, or even running out to it. Best played ridiculously loud!

The MC5 were another great early punk outfit. Maybe we could also use parts of this song to hype the crowd:

If we're talking hip hop, Grandmaster Flash stands the test of time. Maybe we should play the chorus from the message, whenever there's push and shove - 'Don't push me coz I'm close to the edge'...

Or even Step Off form a latter Grandmaster - 'Step, Step Step Step off! Coz you gotta get lost, coz ya know you're soft'...

If we're doing it tough defending repeat sets on our line, I like P Enemy's 'Shut Em Down':

RATM's Bull on Parade would be good too if our big men are dominating:

Or for the Gold Coast fans, People of the Sun:

I better stop there or I'll be here all day.
Great Thread Menoitios!
