I posted somewhere on here a while ago now that I'd love to have an enforcer type front rower. Obviously, we have more pressing issues at the moment when it comes to buying players, with our obvious need for playmakers so...
Looking at what we already have on the books, I agree with JB (as I did last time from memory) that Lisone could be moulded into an AFB/JWH type player reasonably easily. He's big and aggressive and has an offload in him.
As for another leader in the AFB/JWH mould...I really like Jaimin Jolliffe. He's only 24/25 and I really like the way he rips in. He has some leadership qualities about him and is a bit of an unsung hero in our pack.
If we could encourage Lisone and Jolliffe to model their games on AFB and JWH...it would really give our entire pack that edge that would instill fear and frustration into the opposition. It would also make life easier for our halves.

I think the issue of maturity is not about enforcer. We have lots of grunt but very little smarts so it’s a waiting game for mine not a recruitment issue on that … we beat it by getting a good 9 and/or an experienced playmaker like Maloney.

Do we need him? Look he’s a talent but we seem stacked for good 2nd row prospects once Proctor goes. Another 6/7 and definitely a gun 9 as well as a strike back and we are much better.
