As they previously said the number of members attending is 1500, does the above indicate we have less than 1500 members

Sounds to me like they are giving 500 tickets to the corporates and the remaining 1500 to the members

Will be having a go at getting a ticket at Noon then! Guessing that "AAN" is my Membership number, but I can't think for the life of me what the letters stand for.... and I seem to have missed notification of a "Membership Pledge"? Maybe it got lost in all of the spam emails trying to sell me Viagra knock-offs (How do they know???).

I'm having a crack at 10am - I'll be interested to see if this doesn't end in tears. Ticketek are involved so anything could happen. The AAN is often your membership number but is often preceded by some letters. I haven't got my email from the Titans with the AAN yet so I can't offer up any clues. I've used AAN's many times to get Grand Final tickets when they are released to members.
It's a lot of IT work etc for only 2000 tickets. Got **** up written all over it.

We are supposed to be emailed our AAN number and a link at the moment the relevant ticketing window that applies to you opens

I can’t make it unfortunately. I can’t be far from home at the moment so going up to Brisbane is not an option, it would be irresponsible.
This is where I go back to our games being moved to Suncorp in the first place which now even more pisses me off. I could definitely have gone to Robina without it posing a risk on my current circumstances.

Having said that, I will be fascinated to see how this goes. They are doing it in a much more complex way than how the Suns are going about it.

Could people please provide feedback on how this goes today.

Ahh, I misread that the first time. Oh well, I'm at work and that email will be at home so I won't be trying till about 4pm then so hopefully it works before the 5pm cutoff! If it happens to just be the membership number, could someone post. I have that on me at least!

I'll let you know mate when I get my email and how the process goes. Not sure how the take up will be but 4pm might be too late.

Thanks for that. Hoping to get along for the game, but will have to wait and see!

10.07 and no email yet. Anyone else get the email yet?

10.20 no email. Tried to call the Titans and got a message that I've called outside the business hours of 9am to 5pm so leave a message. Great stuff!

Apparently an email came out after 10am advising of a delay. I and many others it seems didn't get it. Thanks to the Titans help I now have my AAN and have got the tickets.
The ticket areas according to the Ticketek seating plan are from the middle western side around to two bays at the northern end, so essentially the north western end of the stadium.
Canon - for your AAN try this 23then the first three letters of your membership surname in block letters, then your membership number. So it would look like: 23CAN1234567 No guarantees, the last bits will be right I think just not sure about the 23 in your case. The 23 for me has nothing to do with age or anything so I'm thinking it is generic for all.

I think AAN is just a number to Access an Area Network. But sounds like that’s irrelevant with the problems everyone is experiencing.

No it's a code you need for Ticketek - unless you mean the same thing.
PS Lonegull - I told the Titans I was aware of a situation like yours where the email didn't have an AAN.
