Titans General Manager of Consumer Business Chris Knell said the Club was excited about providing Members and fans with the opportunity to be a
part of their own team as part of The Titans Legion.
“It is important for the genuine supporters of the Titans to feel like they are a part of something greater, and that they
have their own identity and their own community to
share in the Club’s successes,” Knell said.
“That sense of identity is something that works well with supporter groups at other clubs, and was something we wanted our Titans Members and fans to experience as well.
“It unifies the fans and makes them feel like a
part of something bigger – a team of
their own to sit alongside the team they support.
“We worked closely with delegates from the existing Legion Membership, who have worked hard on not only supporting the Club, but building their own brand and social media following.
“They were supportive of the idea, and everyone at the Titans is looking forward to them continuing as passionate flag-bearers for the Club as The Legion Frontline.”
