As an employer, would you want him working for you?

Probably not. But then again there would be a lot of footballers I wouldn't want to employ based on my moral values standpoint but would if they played good footy. But this is off topic....

Ok, so because he won a wrongful dismissal case it doesn't change the fact that he was still responsible for hate speech which is more the reason he was told the NRL door was closed.

He'll have no interets/need to return to any code once ARU pays him out. Soon there'll be a new Bugatti Chiron parked in the garage, and he'll follow his father's footsteps into the world of evangelism in a attempt to stuff his pockets with punters/suckers money.

I value freedom of thought and expression over protection of feelings and the associated chilling effects and authoritarianism required to enforce it, so I’ve always sided with Folau even though I don’t agree with what he said. I therefore wouldn’t have a problem with the NRL letting him come back or with us signing him. However, it’s not going to be a problem because with the size of the payout he received from the ARU, he’s never going to have to work again and will ride off into the sunset to yell about fire and brimstone for the rest of his days.

Yep Burgess medical retirement confirmed. Sign a bloke with a history of shoulder injuries then medically retire him for a shoulder injury even though the insurer recognised it was a pre-existing injury and refused to pay. Absolutely ****ed. See ya Jai, nice knowing you.

I think Mitchell is being poorly advised and will stay with the Coqs, as he probably should have in the beginning. I also think we’ve lost Arrow and won’t find a marquee replacement so will go into the season light but not stupid.
Four reasons to escape to Queensland: Sun, Surf, Sand & the Titans.
