I don't get why Arthur's is named ahead of spry, would rather see what spry could do instead of Arthur's who is leaving

I agree. All I can think of is the current mode of thinking must be to do all that we can to avoid the Spoon.

Good to see it's not only me that gets the Round wrong. One of the better teams I've seen us name this year to be honest.

I initially thought that as well but after last weeks hiding it could be detrimental to his development asking him to play now. It does send a message to Don though by playing Arthars. Also Stockwell completely out of the team (about time).

Can’t help but think that time has quickly caught up with the Don this season.
His reactions and skills aren’t what they were

    What’s his contractual situation?

We signed him last year for another two seasons so he's here next year as well. I don't mind him being there for depth but I don't want to see him blocking pathways for our youngsters getting a crack anymore.

Well there you go. He’s not going anywhere. An overpaid depth winger.

From memory he's only on a minimal contract and took a paycut to stay. So isn't a bad player to have as depth for next year

He’s not minimum. Took a bit less than what Cronulla offered but he’s not on a minimal contract. Overall not too bad though.
He’s just such a shadow of what he was though

Those big leaps to catch bombs are gone.
The hands are letting him down. The reflexes are gone.
His defence decisions are so bad I think his confidence is now shot to pieces when defending our line.

I wouldn’t back us against a Bycroft Cup team at the moment.
Meninga leaving the lame duck duo of Hodges/Burt to continue the Coaching while he does his thing of being on the sidelines observing now that Holbrook has been appointed has really angered me and his squibbing the challenge is just a massive letdown to all of us.
I’ll be stunned and thrilled if we win any matches before the season ends.
