These things don’t happen overnight though. Anyone who has worked in management knows that culture is the most difficult thing to change in any organisation. Mal needs to be given time to implement his methods and see them to fruition. Dumping him because he couldn’t achieve overnight success would reflect poorly on us and further poison the chalice.
