Four reasons to escape to Queensland: Sun, Surf, Sand & the Titans.
Ah bods, not sure if you have been reading the news but Brennan has hired a couple of guys called Craig Catterick and Hayden Knowles.
"Brennan said locking in his physical performance unit – trainer Hayden Knowles, his assistant Scott Campbell and head of health and medicine Craig Catterick – was his top priority." These guys replace Matt Ford, Sean Edwards and Adam Paulo.
I haven't heard if your mate still has a job but I would assume that he would be working under Catterick so if he isn't up to the job he will be gone.
I was trying to be subtle and low key then Titanic
Those appointments you mentioned Ozy sound unreal
Serious regime change at the Titans
No worries Bodsie but you may need to review Subtlety 101

Titans suffer first injury of pre-season training with key forward going down

THE Titans have suffered a preseason injury scare with forward Joe Greenwood forced from training with a back complaint.
Greenwood left the field minutes into Tuesday’s training session flanked by a trainer and didn’t return.
The 24-year-old was complaining of a back issue suffered during a gym session.
It is unclear how serious the injury is but Titans officials remained comfortable with how Greenwood was tracking.
Any potential injury would be an early headache for new coach Garth Brennan given he’s inheriting a roster that has endured a sorry run of outs in recent seasons.
Brennan has brought in a whole new medical staff in order to address the issues which have plagued the Titans’ bid for NRL finals in recent campaigns.

Hayden Knowles on how he plans to fix Gold Coast Titans NRL injury woes

RECRUITED Gold Coast conditioning guru Hayden Knowles does not believe the NRL club’s injury crisis last season was “all bad luck” and has set about avoiding a repeat.
The Titans were regularly stretched to the limit this year as injuries swept the squad, forcing then coach Neil Henry to cycle through 34 players including 10 NRL debutants.
On more than one occasion, they were not even able to name 21 fit players for their preliminary team list.
The overflowing casualty ward contributed to the team’s slump to 15th place and Knowles is determined to make his mark as part of Gold Coast’s new regime led by Garth Brennan.
“I’m not going to come here and point fingers anywhere,” Knowles said.
“(But) I’m not a believer in that it’s all bad luck.”
Knowles has set a clear mantra for players to follow.
“I have just said we’ll be respecting the game by not taking a shortcut anywhere and usually if you respect the game by working hard on all those little things, usually the game pays you back,” he said.
A number of players remain on restricted duties after off-season surgeries.
Among those to have gone under the knife were Anthony Don (shoulder), Jarrod Wallace (shoulder, groin), Ryan James (ankle), Ash Taylor (shoulder, ankle) and Nathan Peats (shoulder).
Nonetheless, plenty have shined in the opening month of the preseason.
Knowles hailed Kevin Proctor and Dale Copley as “true pros” while adding recruits including Jai Arrow, Mitch Rein and Brendan Elliot had made a strong first impression.
“Nathan Peats, I already knew how competitive he was and he has just been itching to compete,” he said.
“We have got a young guy Moeaki (Fotuaika), he has blown me away on a daily basis. He has only just turned 18.”
Wallace is in a moonboot on instagram (1 week). Apparently rolled ankle.
Nice to see that someone (Hayden Knowles) agrees with me that our injuries are not pure bad luck.
