I think if it's good for players to do this sort of stuff then clubs should start sacking players for non-performance and say we had a change of heart, you're ****.

Now that we have a chance to look back on Brennan's first season in charge, despite finishing 14th, I think would grade it as a pass.
I like to look at the positives first and despite our defence still needing a lot of improvement, statistically we finished better than 2017-
2017 season
For - 448
Against - 638
Wins - 7
Losses by 12 points or more - 11
2018 season
For - 472
Against - 582
Wins - 8
Losses by 12 points or more - 6
Other positives-
* Arrow breaking out as a starting quality player, gaining state of origin selection
* Brimson and Fotuaki establishing themselves in our team, particularly AJ who was brilliant
* Ryan James working tirelessly and seems to have curtailed his penalty giveaways
* Our teams health - besides King and Gordon injuring themselves and Copley's hamstring tear there appeared to be a lot less injuries than last season
Negatives
* prized recruits Cartwright and Latu languishing in qcup. Really disappointing.
*Ash Taylor seems to have taken a step backwards and looks to be struggling with the pressure and hype
* I was really happy when Wallace re-signed at the start of this year but he has had an average season
* I was sceptical of Rein off the bench but he has added some definite spark when he has come on, however I am not sure of our bench rotations. Later rounds we have had either Matthews or Cartwright on the bench and they don't come until about 10 minutes to go??
Anyway, leading in to next season we have some things to be positive about. At this stage we are gaining a test player (Boyd) and an Origin player (Peachey). Still lots to work on but I am optimistic of us continuing in the right direction up the ladder.
I’d like to add that Sami showed good improvement, Hurrell really responded well to his demotion as did Don to his new contract.
