The make-up of the half and five eight next year will be very intriguing with Josh Fauid likely set for one position. There is plenty of competition for the other spot with the likes of returning player Braydon McMahon, and new additions, Josh Ralph, Josh Rogers and Tye Barry. MM eligible boys AJ Brimson and Bostyn Hakaraia also training with the NYC squad over the off season. Good position for Woolf to be in. Great to see so many MM eligible boys getting an opportunity to train with the NYC squad.
Pretty sure all titan contracted boys in MM who are u18 (not u17 apart from Darius) are doing 20s preseason up until Xmas before they rejoin MM. I would say Bostyn would be the favorite of the bunch and my selection to join Fauid in halves.
Former Bronco NYC and Qld u18 centre Junior Taefu another signee, he will certainly provide some size and skill to the side for next year. Hopefully we have a good season, the Titans are certainly looking far and wide for the right sort of player for the squad.

Will be very intrusting with the u/20s next year with so much talent the coaching staff has to choose from there is size aswell as speed good luck to all the young men who are putting in so early should be a cracker of a side for next year
Interesting first trial match in 2016 against the Storm with six former Burleigh Colts players now with the Storm. Chatter has already started with the players having a joke about who is going to smash who
Story all be it couple of years old about NYC signee Ngangarra Barker a young fullback/centre from Newcastle Knights SG Ball. He has already played 1st grade in the Newcastle competition and has been part of the NSW Blues in waiting squad.

If you are looking for a young dynamic forward to keep an eye on next year, watch out for young Souths Logan second rower Justin Fai. He is a former Brisbane Stingers U17 Player of the year, as was his brother George Fai of the Broncos. We have signed a few boys from Souths Logan MM and QCup Colts, Justin Fai could be the best of them, the former Logan Brothers player is very talented and adds to an already crowded back row with the likes of Shane Wright, Nathan Watts, Sam Swift Blake Lenehan etc. He has played a lot of front row in MM but played a lot of bacrow when he progressed to QCup Colts.
Article on the official site about the boys who progressed from the open NYC trial.

Good to see centre/second row Danial Brownbill back with the Titans after two years with the North Queensland Cowboys. Even though his is still eligible for MM in 2016, like others he will train with the NYC squad over the off season and then link with his MM squad, although I note that he has been named in both the Gold Coast squad and the Easts Tigers MM squad. Last year he scored five tries playing MM for East Tigers. It will be interesting to see where Titans coaches think is future lies in terms of position.
Big NZ front rower Xavier Johansson from Wesley College in NZ another MM player to be involved the NYC offseason. Also good to see a couple of new assistant coaches in the NYC
Many thanks Mdrew for the updates hopefully woolfy sorts out the squad soon and they release the names of the players. Also great news that the NYC coaching has been looked at to with some additions to staffing
