Brilliant news, I always liked Friend, a tough player with fantastic work ethic, without having a big ego.
He seems to be a clean-skin off the field, as well, and hopefully he can inspire others to have some pride in the jersey.

Very happy for Friend to be back, the club let him down before and I feel like we owe him, so hopefully he can finish up his career here on a good note. Great work ethic, always involved, one of the best defensive hookers (would make a good combo with Chad or Moseley), very under credited (until he did a somersault pass), great mentor for the young fellas, possible Captain next year as he is level headed (unlike our previous captains, and not **** like certain Vice Captains we have had). Great to have you back Friendy we need more heart on our team and I know you have that.

I've been watching him when he has been playing for the Warriors, and his age doesn't seem to be an issue at the moment, but I know what you are saying. I think the 1 year deal is a good decision in that respect. Originally Posted by Boonarga

I am so happy to hear that Friend is back home with us.
I see his departure as the start of the rot with the Titans. I know the supporters didnt want to see him walk away.
