Moejoe: "REMEMBER!!!! SLIP - SLOP - SLAP in the sun. Skin Cancer is a growing problem. It could happen to anyone!!"TITANS, DIEHARDS, WARRINGTON WOLVES, MAROONS, KANGAROOS, HONG KONG THUNDER
Team I'd like to see:
1. Mead
2. Macdonald
3. Hoffman
4. Roberts
5. Don
6. Sezer
7. Elgey
8. Douglas
9. Mortimer
10. Paasi
11. Pettyborne
12. James
13. Burr
14. Ioane
15. Hala
16. Sironen
17. Redman
the starting side is almost full strength side id want to see each week. Maybe Petty or Paasi on bench and a true second rower in the 11 is all i'd change. ( Taylor if its this year, or Alex Glenn / Teo next year...i can dream cant i?)
i actually wish origin went for 26 weeks so Myles would be sat out the whole season.

direct me to said photo please? he might have to start walking the golf course each day instead of getting a cart.
It was on his instagram account yesterday. I give up trying to get photos on here.

You'd actually permit Burr in your team... and at STARTING lock no less?!! I'm shocked!
and it sounds like we have to scratch Sironen from that list (i think he'll go good in newy).
As for next year, i agree I'd have Paasi, Petty and Burr on the bench with Moseley/Chadman (Ioane, Hala and Siro drop off), whoever we sign in for Sezer, Teo or Glenn partnering James in the second row, and Bird at lock (assuming he is here next season)
Good building blocks there I reckon.

Wow, poor guy. Must be under a lot of stress?

Titans
1 David Mead
2 Anthony Don
3 James Roberts
4 Nene Macdonald
5 Kevin Gordon
6 Josh Hoffman
7 Daniel Mortimer
8 Luke Douglas
9 Chad Redman
10 Nate Myles (c)
11 Ryan James
12 Agnatius Paasi
13 Edward Pettybourne
Interchange
14 David Taylor
15 Matt White
16 Lachlan Burr
17 Matt Robinson

Awe-inspiring in its predictability ... there'll be the usual cries for White's head but apart from throwing the new recruit into the rotation this is about what we have.
Titans x 4
Four reasons to escape to Queensland: Sun, Surf, Sand & the Titans.
Still no Elgey...how far off is he? Maybe a late inclusion?
edit: from the bully:
"“He was (disappointed to not play DCE) but his ankle’s just not right,” Henry said.
“He’s really on restricted training. He’ll be pushing it to be right for the week after.
“We’re expecting a few other players to be available next week.”
bugger.

Gold Coast Titans rookie Kane Elgey to miss NRL clash with Manly’s Daly Cherry-Evans
TRAVIS MEYN GOLD COAST BULLETIN JULY 07, 2015 5:00PM
ROOKIE Titans halfback Kane Elgey won’t get a chance to face off against Manly star Daly Cherry-Evans with an ankle injury ruling the young str out of Monday night’s clash.
Elgey has been left out of Neil Henry’s team to face the Sea Eagles at Cbus Super Stadium with Daniel Mortimer named in the No. 7 jersey.
Elgey has been battling an ankle complaint for a month but returned to running this week and was thought to be a chance of facing Cherry-Evans, the man he thought he’d be playing alongside next year at the Titans.
But he will have to wait at least another week to return from what has been an untimely problem for the injury-ravaged Titans.
“He was (disappointed to not play DCE) but his ankle’s just not right,” Henry said.
“He’s really on restricted training. He’ll be pushing it to be right for the week after.
“We’re expecting a few other players to be available next week.”
Josh Hoffman has been named in the halves alongside Mortimer given Aidan Sezer will miss at least a few more weeks with a torn hamstring.
Captain Nate Myles has been named to back-up from tomorrow’s State of Origin decider while Agnatius Paasi has retained his spot in the starting pack following an 80-minute performance against the Roosters.
James Roberts has been named at centre after a brief cameo in the halves while Dave Taylor will come off the bench.
Ryan James will return from a shoulder injury in the back-row while winger Kevin Gordon comes back into the team in place of Kalifa Faifai Loa (knee).
TITANS: 1 David Mead, 2 Anthony Don, 3 James Roberts, 4 Nene Macdonald, 5 Kevin Gordon, 6 Josh Hoffman, 7 Daniel Mortimer, 8 Luke Douglas, 9 Chad Redman, 10 Nate Myles, 11 Ryan James, 12 Agnatius Paasi, 13 Eddy Pettybourne, 14 Dave Taylor, 15 Matt White, 16 Lachlan Burr, 17 Matt Robinson, 18 Ben Ridge.
