Special memberships to boost crowd at first Gold Coast Titans home game and support the team

IT’S time for a Titans full house.

After a tumultuous week off the field, your team will hit their home turf running next Saturday when they take on Wests Tigers — and they need to see your faces filling the *stadium.

With new owners, missing players and a whole lot to prove, it should be a game to watch — and you can get in free.

Let’s get the Gold Coast behind the Titans! We want to make sure our stadium is full Saturday week for our first home game so get behind them at #Titansfullhouse

In an effort to fill the stands for the team’s season opener at Cbus Super Stadium, from 6pm on March 7, the club is offering special $20 memberships, which include a swag of Titans goodies and 10 per cent off entry for every game of the season.

The Gold Coast Bulletin will kick in, too — offering everyone who takes up this special membership a free ticket to the first home game.

And don’t forget that kids are free.

Gold Coast Titans chairwoman Rebecca Frizelle said the players would take to the field with unprecedented *energy.

“The players have shown so much heart at the moment and they’re going out there with a lot at stake,” she said.

“They’ve got a point to prove.

“It’s been the toughest week they’ve ever had and for them to see the Gold Coast community support them will help them stand 10-foot tall.”

Gold Coast Bulletin managing director Sylvia Bradshaw said the offer was the perfect opportunity for the city to show how much their national team meant to them.

“We’re Gold Coasters, we choose to live in this great city and it’s our job to stick up for our teams,” she said.

Fans can back the team *online too, by firing up their followers and friends and using the hashtag #titansfullhouse.

The special $20 membership is available through goldcoastbulletin.com.au — where you’ll also find the most up-to-date Titans news.

Ms Frizelle said 2015 could be a positive turning point for the national side.

“Now, more than ever, we need the community’s support,” she said.

“Even if the Titans are your second team, this special membership gives you the opportunity to show your support,” Ms Frizelle said.

“There’s a little bit of Titans fan in everyone.”
