Just saw Dane Tilse is leaving Canberra. Maybe opens the door for Bird to go that way as been tipped?

Apparently Omar Slaimankehl wants to return to rugby league. Roosters are pursuing him. Wouldn't mind us having a crack at him..had all the makings of a superstar before japanese rugby came knocking $$

Just want to comment how much I miss Takairangi … he would have solved our left side problem if Cartwright/Henry had shown some loyalty … let's not forget that he came to us when we were at our lowest and although raw he stood up when a lot of others did not … now he'll worry us with the Eels.

Parra can see his worth as they have extended his contract for another season already

I'm probably going to get some thumbs down, but I found him a very frustrating player. Ball never went past him. He tried to do everything himself. For me he was another example of a team full of second rowers being played out of position. Then when we moved him to 5/8 and back to centre he didn't switch off from trying to be a play maker, couldn't even drop a ball onto his foot. Don't get me wrong, he has talent, I would have loved to see him play in the second row though.

Agree totally. Always thought he was a backrower but slow as a wet week in the centres.

Pretty good, he went looking for the ball more and had some good hit ups. If Mead was playing under 11's footy I'd be concerned he wasn't getting enough ball but he's a professional, I'm sure he's coping. Maybe he can become a Mansour for us and go hunting for the ball like he does.

He's use to it, he's had yrs of the Titans structure/centre partners not giving ball and it will continue.

In 2012 I could count on 2 hands how many times kevy got the ball from a backline play, 50 odd tries from the wingers at this club is actually doing fairly well.

It's just the nature of a team under performing
